For the first time, Nascar 2022 scheduled triple header racing events at Pocono Raceway.  In 1982 it was first played as a 500-mile (800 km) race and served as a replacement for the 640 km race on the Texas World Speedway. The race distance was reduced to 400 miles in 2012.

This season 2022 Nascar will be playing Triple header race weekends with CRC Brakeleen 150 which will happen on 23 July 2022, Pocono Green 225 Start Will From 23 July, and M&M's Fan Appreciation 400 will be held on 24 July. On Saturday CRC Brakeleen150 declared the Truck Series, Pocono Green 225 declared the Xfinity Series event which normally takes place in July, and the first Nascar Cup race, which is generally held at the start of June will take place on Sunday 24th July 2022. The Nascar Cup Series race distance is 400 Miles.
