Long John Silver's 200 Nascar Craftsman Truck Series race will start on 5th April 2024. Nascar Truck Long John Silver's 200 race will take place at the half-mile oval-shaped shortest track Martinsville Speedway in Virginia. In 2003 it was first held at Martinsville and has won by Jon Wood. Long John Silver's 200 race distance of 169 kilometers is to be completed in three stages over 2x50 laps and a final stage of 100 laps. The winner of this race will play into the final race.

Beginning of 2010, the 200 lap race champion received a grandfather clock, while previously it was just given to the 250 lap event champ. Darrell Wallace Jr was the first African American driver who won a Nascar national race in 2013.

The weekend begins with a practice day for the truck series on Friday. Nascar Truck Long John Silver's 200 race will be held on Saturday.
