Nascar Gateway International Raceway Live


Gateway International Raceway is a racetrack in America. It is situated in Madison US Illinois. Its length is 1.25 km long oval will host races of the Nascar Nationwide Series and Craftsman Truck Series now the name changed from Nationwide to Xfinity and for Truck now its Gander.

The Gateway International Raceway also includes a quarter-mile accelerating track for the Drag Hot Race of the National Hot Rod Association. The facility is owned by Dover Motorsports, which also includes the Memphis Motorsports Park, the Dover International Speedway and the Nashville Superspeedway. It is a 1.25-mile oval track. It is a favorite of lots of drivers racing there due to unique shape & changed banking degrees in every corner. It has a capacity of 78000 seats. Its owner is Curtis Francois. It was opened in 1970. 1st and 2nd turns have properties similar to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. 3rd & 4th turns are similar to the Phoenix International Raceway. Track's egg shape geometry has the mimics of the Darlington Raceway. Many Nascar Sprint Cup Series teams use this track as a testing track in the prep for events.


Major events are; Current events: Nascar Camping World Truck Series, National Hot Rod Association, IndyCar Series, USAC Silver Crown Series, and American Drag Racing League.


Former events: CART and Nascar Nationwide Series.


Track length is divided by major events that run at the Gateway Motorsports Raceway. Nascar time & score is using a length of 1.25 miles. The length used by IRL events in races from 2001 to 2003 also. CART lengthened for starting a race in the year 1997 with a length of 1.27 miles.
